week in salt water and chlorinated water and twice my apple watches died after about two years of use. Both times it happened while swimming. After a few days the watch started working again, so clearly water is getting into it. I have not used it in the water since and it works! Watch was inspected by Apple at Broadway and confirmed that no damage done to the watch by usage but rather they told me the seals wear out and water gets into it!

is a safety issue, not a tutorial.
The final advice was ‘go to Highpoint.’ I queued, explained the burn risk, and instead of ‘please stop using it; we’ll assess it now,’ I was told to wait 4–5 hours or come back later. Asked for a manager—got the same script. It's just appalling to see these people calling their colleagues to act like their managers... No triage, no escalation, no basic duty of care. People like Eva and Ebhar simply must be removed from staff, how come a business can employ this kind of individuals I don't understand. Like there are even no way to rate these hoons. At this day and age you would expect at least average people with average intelligence and sympathy to help with customers. Simply business killing individuals are getting paid for frustrating existing customer base...
I left with a dangerously hot device and zero help. Rude, dismissive service and a complete waste of time. I’ll be seeking a remedy under Australian Consumer Law because ‘acceptable quality’ includes safety. Until this store fixes its triage and customer care, I won’t spend another dollar here—and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

progressively worse and worse.
Despite my previous bad experience with the iPhone 12 mini having atrocious battery life, I decided to go all in on their flagship phone the iPhone 16 pro max. I wanted two things in particular:
1. I wanted my photos to be available locally without being tied to iCloud. So I bought the 1tb model. 2. I wanted excellent battery life. So I bought the pro max.
2 years of ownership and Apple has failed on both points. The battery life post iOS 26 is middling to bad. I am lucky to get a full day out of it. The entire point of buying the flagship was to be able to use it all day. The phone has been babied with the battery capped at 80% and it still has 96% life according to Apple.
As for the 1tb storage it was a waste of time buying it. Apple through their sloppy software engineering have made it impossible to download photos off the phone using the USB connection, despite the phone having USB-C. I plug the phone into my computer and it refuses point blank to show me my full photo collection. I have tried all combinations of USB-C cables, this is a solved problem for virtually all tech companies except Apple. It’s pretty obvious that Apple wants people to pay for their overpriced cloud subscriptions, so they deliberately cripple what should be basic functionality.
I’ve had a gut full of all their products. From their poor quality Siri voice assistant, they’re baked in obsolescence of their computers, even their AirPods won’t connect most of the time due to some Bluetooth issues.
This will be my last iPhone. I’ll be buying a phone that gives me full control next time.
Arrived earlier than stated. Securely packed in great condition. Typically would never know that is is refurbished

The phone has no visible scratches and at least a year warranty. Let’s hope it keeps working and that Oz mobile keeps to its promises. Delivery time was 5 days.

was already good but it clearly leveled up and is very impressive. For me the new design fits and holds way better in my ears so that's a big win too.
The transparency mode is still super impressive and way better than my Sony WH-1000XM6. The sound is probably where the less progress was made but they sound good to me.
Finally the remplacement of the lightening cable by USB-C and the arrival of wireless charging are nice features that I didn't have and appreciate.

podcasts, and takes calls throughout the day, I quickly noticed how well these earbuds fit into my daily routine.
The first thing that stood out was the comfort. Apple slightly redesigned the shape compared to earlier generations, and the earbuds feel lighter and more natural in the ear. I can wear them for long periods without discomfort, whether I am working at my desk, walking outside, or commuting. The open ear design also helps keep awareness of the surroundings, which is useful when using them in busy areas.
Sound quality is another strong point. Music feels clear and balanced, with crisp highs and a surprisingly solid bass for such small earbuds. Vocals in songs and podcasts sound especially natural. While they may not deliver the deep bass of some larger headphones, the overall audio experience feels refined and pleasant for everyday listening.
Connectivity is where the AirPods really shine. Pairing with Apple devices is incredibly quick and effortless. The earbuds connect instantly when I open the case near my iPhone, and switching between devices like a MacBook or iPad feels seamless. This ecosystem integration is one of the biggest advantages of using Apple products together.
Battery life has also been reliable. I can use them for several hours on a single charge, and the charging case provides multiple additional charges throughout the day. The case itself is compact and easy to carry in a pocket or bag.
Call quality has been solid as well. People on the other end of calls have told me that my voice sounds clear even when I am outside or in a slightly noisy environment. For quick meetings or casual calls, they work very well.
Overall, the Apple AirPods 4 provide a comfortable, convenient, and high quality listening experience. They may not be designed for audiophiles looking for the most powerful sound, but for everyday use, they deliver exactly what most people need: simplicity, reliability, and great integration with Apple devices.
Very fast and afordable products would highly recommend good quality
