and water runs cold. We barely have any cold water running through as water would be freezing cold. Clearly they have a big problem with this unit wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I called Rheem to lodge a complaint and they wanted me to pay 274.00 just for call out. Then parts if required, I asked the consultant if she would be happy to pay $1,500 for a product that only lasted three years and of course the line went quite. Do yourself a favour and do not purchase this product.

hot again. I recall the pilot light did blowout a few times during the past 25yrs. (I did turn the temp down a little a long time ago) PS: Have bought these at other properties (2014 2017) and they work really well.
