Aquaport

I have had this unit for 1 year to find there is no longer replacement filters available for it. I now have to replace the whole unit. I definitely will not be replacing with any Aquaport products for this to happen again

Low cost cold filtered water !! – Bought this at Bunnings and combined it with "Aqua To Go Aqua Freestanding Cooler" from Officeworks. Now we have unlimited cold fresh water. No more lugging bottled water from the supermarket. Best bang for buck in providing drinking water at home!!

(required a spike to fit the water bottles we use). Was told the part would be delivered tomorrow, wasn't delivered until 3 days later & ended up being the incorrect part. Contacted Aquaport in Adelaide and requested a complete refund and was told there was nothing they can do and that "We got what we ordered". Staff were rude & unhelpful!!!! Extremely disappointed and still without a working water cooler!
