by any representatives, after several phone calls in three weeks. I have been told that I was placed at the top of the waiting list, as I explained that I needed some information on the Verve sliding balcony screens for my upcoming, now passed, strata meeting. I was told I had been contacted by email but after double checking have not located the email, and the receptionist couldn’t verify the date it was sent. I asked to speak to a manager but was told she is unable to do that but will pass it on to the team. It would have been respectful and good customer service if the company could have at least contacted me.
