The unit has other problems too. It has this annoying oversight where it doesn't store the username and password if you're accessing media on your PC (you have to type it in each and very time). and if you're password is actually blank (none), it won't proceed, it expects one. There's other indications that the unit isn't quite ready for market yet. For example in the settings menu there's an item called 'user manual' which does nothing.

If you check the Astone website for support, in case there is a software update – nothing. The Astone site actually sends you to their online shop when you click 'drivers & software' (no thanks, don't want any more of your buggy products.
