waiting to be served, excited to buy a wallet I've been after and saved up for ages, but one of the staff treated me so poorly. They looked me up and down and that was it, didn't even bother to speak when I asked about if they were open as waited they new I was there but didn't seem to want to serve me. I had specifically contacted the store beforehand and they assured me that I didn't need an appointment and the wallet was in stock. But when I arrived at 10:30am, there was nobody in the store. It felt like they only serve people in fancy suits or something, but hey, I'm from the country and I like to dress comfortably. I've never had this problem at LV. They treat you with respect, no matter what you're wearing. LV makes you feel like a king or queen. It's a shame that Balenciaga has such a bad reputation. When I went to their store, it was empty, while LV is always bustling with customers. LV knows how to honor and respect their customers but unfortunately Balenciaga doesn't.I think it's important to share this review so others can be aware of the treatment they might receive."
