Cooks well, dual ring burner cooks fast too – Purchased this is 2017 and have been really happy with this cooktop. Cooks well, the rear rapid burner cooks fast and the touch control is easy to use. The child lock function has been handy as well so no one accidentally turns it on.

use. It is disappointing to note that if a problem does occur it cannot be easily fixed. The main problem is going to be getting parts for it. The company's website already has many of the components for this range hood as no longer available and they have no substitute. This will mean trying to find the component on the internet or replacing the whole unit. I have already had problems with my cook-top and oven which are also from this company. I would recommend that anyone being offered any product by from this company to ask for an alternative as you will have nothing but problems.

repair. FREEZER MOTOR IS VERY LOUD.FRIDGE AND FREEZER STILL COOLING AS THEY SHOULD. Model Provided: BSBS550S. $267 and 'fan' was on back order for four months! Working fine but disappointed with the repairer handling my order and promises it's arriving when it wasn't and left dark black dusty finger prints inside the freezer compartment and the office withdrew amount/balance I owed them without my approval.

idea for kids if they turn dials. The cast iron trivets are solid, not tack welded and are robust.
Oven cooks really evenly as well. I only use fan forced though so I haven't bothered with the other functions.
