this capsules hasn't got any advantages but it gives unusual strong peppery gas.
I wonder if these supplements are controlled by any regulatory authority like TGA -Australia ? I believe in absence of any proper regulatory control the manufacturers of some of these supplements might even overstate the ingredients and their quantity specifically the Glucosamine.
