least 15 years out of this system. System made with cheap parts that do not last and supposedly rust. Heat exchange blocked and the condensation has rusted parts. Will never buy a Brivis again.

rubbish. It sometimes takes several presses to work and sometimes stops working altogether, despite recalibrating the panel. Replacement units are several hundred dollars, but I managed to find the screens sold by the manufacturer for cheap on Alibaba. Replacement is really easy - you don't even need a screwdriver! Do it yourself; don't buy a full replacement panel. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/DISEA-480-272-Custom-Lcd-Display_62206315965.html

ColbyCool for our Brivis F66DS Evaporative Cooler 2017 – We were looking for a change of our Evaporative Cooler of our two-storied house. We came across two best prices for the unit + Installation (A$2590 &… Read more

2500).

The reason to choose the Brivis F66DS was that it is a bigger unit than our existing old unit of 17 years old "Cool Breeze CO series" which was getting noisy and inadequate in performance as the outside temperature exceeded 32 degrees centigrade.

The Brivis F66DS is an "Advance Plus Series" with higher cooling performance, having a "network" controller to control Brivis Ducted Heater as well. We recognised F66DS has a better water Management system than the old evap cooler we had.

The installer come supplier of the unit is "Colby cool" in Abbott Road, Hallam. We were impressed with their dealings and willingness to do more than other suppliers and marginally lower price (A$2500) for supply and installation.

"ColbyCool" installation in-charge, Mr. Taylor Levin was excellent in all areas and his team of installers performed a very neat job, on time, no fuss manner.

We are really happy with the job.
