We bought this a while back, while it was great at first it wasnt as durable as we wanted. It still served its purpose well, but might consider a differetn pram for our 2nd child.

rear wheel replacement making the pram completely useless. Our child is two and we hoped to use this for a few more years. Would not recommend given the price tag!

Super narrow portacot – We got this portacot and was hugely let down. If your baby is a wriggle worm, this won’t work. Our son constantly got stuck when he moved around and… Read more

would then wake up screaming from being stuck sideways. This portacot is super narrow. Our baby is 9 months old and stretches out and there wasn’t a lot of head room left at the top, so no idea how they supposedly last until they are 2 in it? We are keeping it as we have another baby on the way and its ease of setup is actually pretty amazing. I think this is probably best suited to babies up to 8 months.

This is a great pram – This is a great pram and has served us well for my child for 17 months. It is easy to fold up and down and light weight to lift in and out the car.… Read more

Straps are easy to adjust and seat can be adjusted easily with one click of a button. Only down fall I would call out, is the storage space underneath, it does the job, but I certainly could have done with more space.

My toddler is also on the bigger side (has been above the 98th percentile since birth), and at 17 months she is too big to have the canopy closed. Also - found really helpful instructions on YouTube (google lynx bugaboo assembly) when i initially assembled it.

Absolute trash capsule!!! Had this capsule back in 2024 for my first child had issue with chin chest but I could remove the wedge in the back for a… Read more

better fit so that’s not my issue.

I purchased the new and improved one in 2025 for my 2026 baby. They have put a massive amount of padding under the head/back area which pushes baby so far forward giving an extremely tight fit. My 3.2kg baby was so snug in it (way to tight). by 4kg baby couldn’t even fit in the capsule with the new born insert. Making it a bad fit for my baby I went to baby bunting and they said the fit was not right and to contact bugaboo to return it. Bugaboo refused to do anything about it have stated they will not return or exchange if it’s not technically faulty. The issue is the whole capsule but bugaboo can’t see that. They try gas light you thinking you and your baby are the problem. Baby bunting said they need approval from bugaboo for them to return or exchange it. So nothing has been done bugaboo continues to email me saying send a video even though they have said they will not do anything about it as it’s not technically faulty. Wasted $559 wish I didn’t give them a second chance. Instead of coming out with your bugaboo donkey 6 improved your product you already have. I have since stopped using the bugaboo capsule. Bugaboo donkey 5. And the bugaboo butterfly. As I will not support a business that can’t take responsibility for a wrongly designed capsule. I am not the only one having this issue so it’s obviously not an issue with the person using it.

The one handle button used to collapse the pram isn't as sturdy. Once the button stops working. The pram can no longer fold properly. They ships out a replacement kit, which suggests it's a known design flaw.

I recently switched from my full-size pram (Bugaboo Fox 3) to the Bugaboo Butterfly 2 now that my baby is a bit bigger, and overall I’m really happy… Read more

with the change. I was starting to feel like the full-size pram was a bit excessive for quick outings and everyday errands, so I wanted something more compact and practical without sacrificing too much comfort.

Pros: The compact size is a game changer. It takes up hardly any room in the boot and is so much easier to manage when you’re out and about. It’s incredibly lightweight, which makes lifting it in and out of the car (especially one-handed while holding a baby) so much easier. The fold is honestly one of the best features. It’s quick, simple, and doesn’t require any awkward steps which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling kids and bags. Perfect for travel or quick trips to the shops where you don’t want to deal with a bulky pram. The recline is actually quite good for a compact stroller. While it’s not fully flat, my baby is still able to nap comfortably in it. The extendable canopy is such a great addition, especially for naps on the go. It gives that extra coverage and helps create a darker, more settled space. I purchased the additional handlebar, and I’d definitely recommend it. My bub loves to hang onto it, and likes me to clip her toys on it. The overall design still feels really sturdy and well-made, even though it’s much smaller than a full-size pram.

Cons: You can definitely notice the difference in handling compared to a full-size pram like the Fox 3. It’s totally fine on smooth surfaces, but on dirt paths, grass, or rougher terrain it’s not as smooth or easy to push. The recline doesn’t go fully flat, which may not suit younger babies or longer nap times if your child prefers a completely flat position, my bub manages a 45 minute nap in it. Storage is more limited compared to a full-size pram, which is expected but still something to consider if you carry a lot. The price point is quite high compared to other travel strollers, which might be a downside if you’re on a budget.

Overall, I think this pram really shines as a second pram or once your baby is out of the newborn stage. It’s made everyday outings feel so much easier and less bulky, and I find myself reaching for it far more often now. While it doesn’t completely replace a full-size pram for all situations, it’s such a good, practical option for day-to-day life.

I also did the extended warranty by registering my product, taking it from 2 years to 4.

This pram is Beyond Frustrating. I’ve had the Bugaboo Dragonfly for 1 year now, and I’m honestly ready to throw it in the trash. The biggest… Read more

nightmare is the seat backrest adjustment. To fold the pram, the seat has to be in this specific position — but getting it there is a battle every single time.

You press the clip down, hold it, and… nothing. The seat doesn’t budge. You try again. And again. And again. I’ve wasted 10+ minutes on multiple occasions just wrestling with this mechanism before it randomly decides to work.

Now the pram sits in my garage collecting dust because I dread folding it. For a “premium” brand, this is embarrassing. Bugaboo’s response? Silence. Save your money and sanity — buy literally anything else.

later. The toddlers still fit great in it and sleep well when we are out. Being able to connect our capsules into it was a God send when they were little. It has high quality clips and opens and folds up with ease .It is a must when you have twins and recommend highly.

Expensive, but very useful and worth the investment – I have had the Bugaboo snack tray for around a year. I explored a few other generic snack tray options (which weren’t exactly cheap either), but in… Read more

the end decided to bite the bullet and invest in the compatable accessories for my Bee and Cameleon. I was pretty sceptical, especially considering the price, but I have found it looks very chic, is extremely practical and as a result I have gotten far more use out of this that I ever thought.

The tray comes in two pieces - a cup holder that connects to the pram, and the snack tray that slots and locks into the cup holder. Often I will just use the cup holder section so my baby can access his drink anytime. The snack tray isn’t air tight or leak proof which is a bit of a shame and would be my only suggestion to upgrade on the tray, but it is sufficiently sealed enough to hold a small dry lunch. I just snap it closed and pop the whole tray into my little bugaboo organiser (amazingly it fits in there with everything else) and clip it on the baby cup holder when my baby gets hungry. So easy, and buys me some shopping time while the baby is distracted with his food.

The tray is easily adjustable so your kid can get in and out of their pram, tilts back and forward for smaller children, and is easy to clean in the dishwasher. The tray has even somehow survived being kicked off several times during temper tantrums with no damage.

Great that it can be used on a few different prams, and I liked that I could collapse my Bee with the cup holder still attached.

So far I’ve been happy with all three of my bugaboo accessories (parent drink holder, pram organiser and snack tray). This was a great purchase.

together. The images in the instruction manual are poor and make the task even more challenging. It is a very heavy pram that is hard to fold down. I would caution not to buy direct from Bugaboo website. If you want to return the item it is at your own expense and the customer service team are useless.

Loved that we could connect our maxicosi capsule as I both of my kids would sleep in the car and this way we could just click the capsule onto the pram.

A coloured system to help quickly put them on the right side (which right? Which left? It confused me everytime!) would be good.
