twisting, the push button didn't close properly resulting in leaking cups. This is extremely unsafe with hot liquids. Each of my family members have these cups and I am now looking at replacing with a more trusted brand.
Cheeki - go back to the drawing board and make your insulated cups safe!

convenient, I wear them at least in hot weather at home. I tried 'Archies' last summer and found them to be the most uncomfortable things I'd ever worn. They just wouldn't adapt to my feet and they broke while I tried to adjust them as instructed. This summer I tried Cheeki brand and although they look very similar to Archies, they are very comfortable, easy to slip on and off and are cheaper! They give good support to my feet and even after several hours my feet are still fine with them.

with the bottom of the tumbler it makes it almost impossible to drink out of without lifting the straw first. A minor inconvenience, but perhaps could be remedied with a slight angling of the base of the straw? All in all a fantastic product though :)

to spill water down my front every time I drink. You must tilt it very slowly or water pours out across both your cheeks. :( My 12 yr old Cheeki bottle is very dinted and chipped but I love it. I never spill a drop when drinking. Embarrassed by it at my new job, i decided to buy a new one and I looked no further than Cheeki. What a mistake. Opening needs to tuck under your nose or over, not rest on the tip!
