anyway before hand. I have spent alot of money on their speakers and I feel as though they should be letting people know of this limiting feature before they buy the product. I think they are hoping to save the world from global warming by putting everyone's speakers into standby. Sarah from Creative has been very unhelpful and I feel as though factor would have swayed my decision in buying their speakers.
Wow! - wasn't expecting this!! – Firstly, I use a PC - have high quality headphones, (fortunately), and want to play high quality music. I don't need sound for games. My DAC died… Read more
and I found I couldn't live with the PC onboard sound. Problem was I was looking at considerable expense to get anbother DAC - hence a Google search.
Found the SoundBlaster Play3 USB gizmo - $35 bucks ($Au) and read some surprisingly good reviews and thought 'What the heck - if it's a dud for $35 I can afford to toss it' - all I needed was something better than I was listening to.
Setup is plug in to USB - and download SB Sound Manager from Creative website. A couple of miutes all-up.
Instantly blown away by the quality of sound it produces - use the pre-adjusted settings in the Sound Manager or create your own. (First, let me say if you want to get the most out of this gizmo you MUST download the SB Sound Manager - then turn off the microphone control if you don't need it).
Also - if you haven't got good headphones - get some.
I'm back to the shop tomorrow to get another one.
The sound for the Stage Air is not terrible, considering it's size. Not amazing but okay for what it is. Feature wise, it has Bluetooth, analog input… Read more
and you can shove a USB stick in, to play MP3 files. What I'm missing is using it as a USB audio device connected to a PC, so I don't have to use its unreliable BT. Unfortunately the control button area is all black, so especially under muted light, it's impossible to see what the buttons are for. This is just bad design. Another bad feature is that the Bluetooth every now and then, randomly disconnects. Pobably too sensitive to interference. However, its most annoying feature is that every time it's powered up, it blasts out a message at hight volume: "Pairing mode. Waiting for device to connect." What's more, short of hacking its firmware, this is impossible to disable. Why, oh why, Creative Labs?! Why so loud? If I power up late at night, intending to listen at low volume, it wakes up the entire house. When it's connected to a PC which is always on and I forget to switch off the Stage Air after use, it randomly disconnects and when perhaps much later decides to connect again, it blasts out the same message, freaking everybody out, thinking somebody has invaded the house. In any case, if it is so freaking important to make this announcement, why doesn't it close that with "Device connected" or something? It gives the impression it's still trying to connect. (There is the blue LED to confirm connection, of course.) An idiotic feature, "Creative" Labs!! It just totally ruins the user experience, together with the BT unreliability. Some may consider this a small annoyance but with so much competiton out there, I just removed Creative form my buying list, after a long history of buying various audio products from them. I've already brought a similar product from a different brand. A much happier experience.

Planned obsolescence. Brittle plastic and terrible battery. Total junk – I bought these a few months ago. I haven't even had them for a year. They are total junk. Just putting the headphones on this morning and the… Read more
headphone arm snapped. I pulled off the rubber coating and found that the arms aren't made of the robust plastic you would think for something like this, they are made of cheap brittle junk plastic. The wire for the headphone is also just laid in a channel, no protection whatsoever. Plus, the 'waterproofing' where the cable hits the cheap nasty plastic looks like a dab of glue.
Have a look at these images. The headphone piece is connected with a tiny tab of metal, that will easily break the brittle plastic housing. Especially since these are meant to be malleable, as you have to twist them into position to make the bone conducting speakers rest against your head.
Plus, the battery life is appalling. I have been using them for a few months and already there is a seriously obvious battery life problem. It is around 2/3 to 1/2 the life they were when I bought them.
Design this bad can only be planned obsolescence. They are hoping these will break a few months after the warranty expires. Mine only broke this early because I use them a lot. Most people would have them break shortly after warranty.
DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES. There are heaps of other good headphones available at this premium price point. Any of them would be better. The $30 budget no name brand would be equivalent to these.
Creative T15
Well Made, Very Impressed – I purchased the Creative T15 Wireless Speakers because I was having trouble with interference from either wiring or hardware from my computer. I… Read more
thought for the moment I'll try some wireless Bluetooth speakers as a work around and fix the sound issue later. I first tried some of those smaller cheaper portable speakers you can pick up at the big department stores, but the sound they produced was nothing like the desktop speakers I was using before. I was starting to think all Bluetooth speakers would be more or less the same unless you pay top dollar but happened to see the Creative T15 speakers online. After reading the reviews I thought I'd give them a try. WOW, I'm happy I did. From the very start of unpacking I really liked the look of them. The speakers have a nice solid weight so they feel well made and durable, and the nice glossy black front panels make them look expensive stylish and fashionable. The unpacking and setup was a breeze and with just a short hold on the front pairing button you're ready to connect via Bluetooth. Windows 10 found the Creative T15 speakers in no time and I was up and running. The great thing now is the speakers are working with no signs of interference I was having earlier.
As soon as I started playing some of my favorite music I was amazed with these speakers on how rich they sounded for their size, and the range they produced which was totally unexpected. The stereo sounds well balanced and equal, which was surprising coming from wireless Bluetooth speakers at this price range. There is nothing about these speakers I don't like, as they sound and perform just the way I want them to. If you shop around like I did you'll find them for a reasonable price and to me well worth it. Some have said the RCA cable from speaker to speaker is too short, but as I'm using a 32" TV as a computer monitor the cable is more than enough to sit each speaker comfortably on each side of the screen with cable to spare. If you really want them apart more, then a cheap RCA female to female adapter and extra lead will fix that problem. Then there's the flashing blue LED light from the pairing button. Well if it bothers you from sleeping, turn the speakers off and the flashing light will stop, problem solved. Well done Creative I'm impressed with the sound and quality of these wonderful speakers.

some external reviews, and they were fine, so I decided to go ahead and try them. The package arrived, it was well packed and the speakers looked good. But my frustration came when I started listening to it, the high-pitches are too high, the bass is there, but there is absolutely nothing in between, with no proper balance. Meetings were really bad, people’s voices were totally transformed, tried some musics and it sounded like a huge portion of the song was missing. So I contacted the store, asking for a change of mind return, they said: can’t do it as per our return policy. Today, specially after covid times, it is really disappointing for the costumer that there are still online stores that don’t accept change of mind returns, so my advice is: 1- don’t buy pebble plus; 2- if you do, buy it from stores that accept returns like amazon, or jbhifi and etc Now, I have these brand-new speakers that I will need to sell for half of the price in marketplace as I have no use for it.
I also bought the Pebble V3 for my partner, and I ended up using them instead, as the balance is more present, there isn’t a strong bass, of course, but the sound is way better. If you are considering which speaker to choose, and your budget is low, I would recommend choosing the V3 instead of this ones.
The product was working fine, sound quality is decent but nothing spectacular. But after approximately 2 years of use the product becomes unusable.… Read more
The baffling decision to use an internal battery for a device that is constantly plugged in via USB means that that battery degrades and the speaker cannot be used for more than a few hours at a time - again while being plugged in to a power source. Presumably the timeframe gets even worse as time goes on.
Genuinely insane that it is legal to sell something with forced obsolescence.
Another superb product from sound blaster – Another superb product from sound blaster. Sound is dts and has great sound quality and the microphone has perfect control with out any feedback or hiccups. Great for gaming and all computing needs

price (you can find them for between $30-$50 online). Most importantly the sound is great; these headphones have a rich tone and a bias towards a heavier bass (my preference), High notes and mids are not compromised though. Beyond sound, the headphones have a REALLY handy in-line microphone which doubles as a multi function button which you can use to play, pause, skip forward & back in music and also answer and hang up phone calls. The Mic also picks up your voice really clearly. Finally, the 630's come with multiple in-ear silicone pieces so you will definitely be able to find a size that fit your ear perfectly! If you're still using apple earphones do yourself a favour and grab a pair of these! - Tom.
Great Speakers – Great set of reasonably priced desk top computer speakers. Easy to set up and great sound. The only let down is no tone control on them . On/Off and Volume only. But in the under $50 price range good value.

they are slightly heavy and cumbersome, not too bad but the fact that I keep bumping the controls is annoying. Value for money and helpful service I would recommend them highly.
