The best part? The warranty is genuine. The cushion grip detached from my first one after four years, so I wrote to the company. Their first suggestion was for me to return it to the place of purchase. I explained that it was an online purchase from Kitchenware Direct (another excellent company) so they agreed to assess the claim from photos. My replacement measuring cup arrived in the mail.

I have a couple of other kitchen tools from Cuisipro and I'm very happy with them as well. My experience of their products is that they are well designed and well made and the company stands behind them.
