I asked them to take them back for a refund the very next day after I received them & (you won't beleive it) this is what they wrote back: I understand how frustrating squeaky slides can be, but don't worry—here are a few ways you might be able to fix the issue: 1. Clean the Soles: Sometimes, dirt or debris stuck in the soles can cause squeaks. Cleaning them thoroughly with a damp cloth might help eliminate the noise. 2. Use Baby Powder or Talcum Powder: Apply a small amount of baby powder or talcum powder to the inside of the slides (where your foot makes contact with the shoe) or on the sole. This can reduce friction and help eliminate squeaks. 3. Lubricate the Sole: If the squeak is coming from the material rubbing against itself, you can try using a silicone-based lubricant or even a bit of vegetable oil on the bottom of the slides to reduce friction. The product does not meet the necessary warranty requirements for a refund or replacement. 4. This is so unprofessional & frustrating after you spend a lot of money to buy a branded product & this is the quality of service you get. Not happy & will never touch DC Shoes with a barge pole.
