Difflam
I have small arthritic hands & find this almost impossible to use so can't tell if it actually works or not. For me, it's useless.
Smells like p*ss. Taste like dishwashing detergent. Thought I was grabbing strepsil but grabbed by mistake.

packaging it should be expelled from the packaging as a mist, well NOPE. Comes out as a weak spray of liquid, doesn't reach anywhere near the throat and the stupidly placed applicator nozzle is useless, only able to turn sideways. What a waste of money. Don't know it's a problem until you buy it and take it home. Avoid. Should be pulled from the shelves.

instant relief. It doesn’t last more than a few hours but then I just reapply. Better result than anything else for arthritis in my hands.
