but also due to the complete lack of customer follow-up afterwards.
I emailed Disney Cruise guest communications on 19 March, 22 March and again on 11 April regarding multiple concerns during the trip, including accessibility issues for elderly family members, missed dining experiences and the handling of our stateroom isolation after my son was diagnosed with gastroenteritis onboard.
Despite receiving acknowledgment that a reply would be provided within two weeks, there has been absolutely no response to any of my emails, even after more than three weeks.
What disappointed me most was not just the incidents themselves but the lack of accountability and customer care afterwards. For a premium cruise brand that promotes exceptional guest experience, the silence from customer feedback was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
Very disappointed with how post-cruise guest concerns were handled.

extremely quickly as well. i wouldn't be buying this again although to read all the features it contained it seemed like good value at the time.. it has 3 different melodies and you can change the volume. the music also lasted a good 10 minutes or so. the illumination was terrible and very very slow- mine actually stopped moving at all! it's actually quite heavy and bulky and difficult to attach to the cot. it also drains the battery extremely quickly- we had to change the batteries about 3 weeks after buying it

way too sharp for a baby toy. If our little one had fallen or toppled onto it he could have been cut badly. He loves playing with it and it has lots of activities but it would be better if it were either round or had rounded corners. A hexagonal shape looks cute but the manufacturer hasn't taken into account the pointy sharp corners and edges.

can’t hear the music well - the built in music or your own. The flashing lights don’t really do much either at the base. Kids get annoyed and over it. Different batteries didn’t help either.

so much easier to use for tipping out stuff into the toilet afterwards (to clean) as it has a lift out section. That way you don't have to wash the whole seat all the time.
It helped too that my daughter loves Pooh bear already.
So I'd suggest you choose a cartoon that your little one loves ;) All the best everyone! (The first week potty training can be really stressful but it does get much better after that :) )
