impossible for me to work and is impacting my experience with your service. The only thing that fixes it is if I manually unplug the NTD and leave it for 1 min before plugging it back in. When I messaged support through their app they just said we don't offer support and you'll have to call us instead. Tried calling and it takes forever. When I asked over chat if there was anything they could do they just ended the chat on me.

So far my experience with Dodo mobile and internet services has been excellent.

I wish I could give -10. I don't want to write an essay on this company's achievements. Just don't go for them.

months later they were still stealing money out of my bank account. So I contacted the bank and stopped their access to my account so they sent me a bill and kept ringing me to pay a bill that was received several months after "cancelling". It is the same thing now. Bad customer service as well.
