properly, leave your fingers smelling of garlic, or are really hard to clean. I had seen this product in the few stores, but wrote it off as it seemed way too expensive. Finally, after the latest failure (Baccarat Prepare Garlic Slice & Dice), I bit the bullet and bought one of these. I couldn't be happier. Fantastic and inovative product that works (frankly) better than advertised. Is it pricey? yep. Is it worth the price? I guess so.

grater, mandolin and cheese knife. All of them work really well... surprisingly well. The Fluicer, apart from doing the job of extracting a lot of juice for reasonable effort, folds flat and fits in the very full second drawer, bonus!
