but the bowls were not packaged securely and one arrived broken. I reported the break with photos and the replacement arrived today in a box that had clearly been dropped from a height, as the side was smashed in. The bowl itself was wrapped in one piece of tissue and one piece of stretch paper, then placed in some peanuts inside a flimsy cardboard box. It was broken far worse than the initial one it was replacing. I've tried to contact them with no reply. They give you no shipping notifications, and the freight company they use clearly doesn't care about the "fragile" tape. It's also very difficult to find contact details for them on their website. I highly recommend that you don't order from this company. Additional review: it took a while for them to get back to me, but a replacement arrived for this second broken bowl in even worse condition than the first replacement . It’s incredible that they believe this to be extra safe packaging for ceramics and then they actually blamed the freight company for it arriving in pieces this time. After harassing them I eventually got a refund.

I’m very disappointed, my second plate just cracked in half in microwave…..
