instructions I used lightly at 1st then built up a little more each week. At 1st my skin was a little tingly & red but I put this down to the exfoliant doing its job. A couple of pimples appeared but again I put this down to the product drawing out impurities in my skin. After a few days my skin adjusted & is glowing. My creases in my face, neck & chest have softened & also a scar on my chin is less noticeable after a month of using the products morning & night. A little goes a long way. It is also an affordable price for me being budget conscious. I’m so happy & absolutely recommend to give it a try & follow the recommended guidelines
Terrible product – Tried to use the QV Spf 30 moisturiser and their night time cream..... $37 down the drain. Would NOT recommend ANYONE to use any QV product. My face broke out, it stings bad and caused redness and it doesn't absorb in the skin.
Washes great but yeah … – The first wash was great, 2nd wash was a bit prickly and itchy but continued to love the way my hair felt and looked, 3rd time which was today my… Read more
head and ears actually started to burn so I washed it out immediately and washed my hair with another shampoo to like try to get rid of it on my hair and scalp, seems to have worked. Used a completely different conditioner too because I couldn’t trust the conditioner either.
I’ll be honest always have back up shampoos and conditioners and if you notice an itch or a burn or both, wash it out immediately and wash immediately with another shampoo, several times if you feel you need it and leave the shampoo in the hair for around 2 minutes at the minimum to ensure it lifts the other one completely out of your hair and scalp.
This was good for me because I have inhalant issues and so perfumes not great or at all in some cases, unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be, I’ll be using it very rarely, maybe once a month to clean the excess oils out because it did great with that honestly, but unfortunately it’s not an every 3-4 day winner … which is very disappointing, it really is.
Right I also have issues where at times I’ll suddenly react badly to ones I usually use and so this will come in handy to get rid of the smell of the other ones, because actually up til now I barely had any of that shampoo I was using specifically for that, so the shampoo and conditioner will come in handy for those rare moments as well. I usually don’t wash my entire head when I do those, so it won’t be touching my skin. So in theory it should be fine.
Man what a disappointment though, truly gutted.
It's ok. I still sweat through it and the nozzle often doesn't work – It's pretty good at stopping odor but I often sweat through it. The most annoying thing though is the spray nozzle stops working properly once half… Read more

customer, I can advise that this product has now been significantly watered/thinned down and it runs between my fingers before I can even apply it to my skin. The product quality has gone from high to low and I've stopped using it.

one with a shiny, pearly appearance, presumably to mask the water (or other thinning substance) they had also added. I could not use the body wash without losing half of it on the shower floor. Recently, I accidentally bought a bottle and was reminded all over again why I do not buy this brand. It is particularly annoying because QV is an Australian brand and my replacement brand is not.
Hmmm not sure about this one – My skin didn’t like it. This cleanser states it’s for sensitive skin but it contains sodium laureth sulfate which can be very irritating for people with sensitive skin??? Doesn’t make sense.
Nice and gentle – The eye cream is easy to use and is a good consistency and doesn’t sting my eyes. It is fragrance free and can be used during daytime as well. It’s a good dependable eye cream which helps keep the tender skin moisturised.

different packaging it is clearly not. Even the listed ingredients are different. The look and feel has gone thick and GREASY. It is such a shame EGO DESTROYED this once Great Product. Not sure if it was cost cutting or just ignorance but either way it is no longer a good product.
Very disappointed with new formula. It leaves a sticky residue on my face. Not to mention it now has a petroleum product in it. I cannot take the risk as I continue to get skin cancers on my face. Most recent cut out on 22nd April 2026.

pump pack under the doctors advice / the qv soap bars are good as they are easy to use as they quickly larger up though I would lose some as it would stay wet though it's way better than a bar of soap for me as I have dermatitis also known as eczema as it doesn't dry up my skin and make it though I prefer the pump dispenser qv wash container as I can get as much as I need through just one push of the pump spring tap

It helps – After one year if prescriptions to cure my rash unknown cause or so they say tried this product after finding on line and gave it a go, it is a bit smelly, but does relieve the itch and redness has not cured but certainly has helped.

were peeling badly and looked dreadful. I had tried Canestan for a couple of days but it didn't appear to be working so googled the most effective ingredients in Tinea creams and discovered that Terbinafine Hydrochloride had been scientifically proven to be more effective than the ingredients in Canestan. I bought SolvEasyTinea cream (same ingredients as Lamisil only cheaper) and after 6 days of regular use my feet have totally cleared up. Am very impressed with this product and would definitely recommend. My skin is soft and smooth and no longer peeling. Super!

alternative brands, and QV definitely had the best results. It is odourless, and non-greasy, which saves a lot of mess, and provides so much moisture. I will definitely continue to use this product, along with QV gentle baby wash.
Terrible – The pack says to massage gently into skin, there is no way you could gently massage this thick sticky gel into the skin, had to get my husband to squeeze it out of the tube for me, will be returning it for a refund

one of the boys ended up sunburnt THROUGH his shirt, the other had two perfect triangles under their eyes and arms were bright red! Typical aussie sun! Googled and went searching for something a little different than our normal go to aloe vera sprays and stumbled on this stuff. Sprayed it on instant relief for the both of them and within minutes they stopped complaining with every movement and 24 hours later the redness and soreness has noticeably settled! I don’t often leave reviews for products but this one I will happily recommend and will now be a summer staple in our fridge!
Simple and fresh – Great basic cleaner - exfoliation is gentle but works. Tried lots of high end products but this is my favourite.

fragrance free (although there is a scent, not unpleasant) and has not caused any rashes. Baby has not shown to have dermatitis so maybe baby has more robust skin, regardless it seems overall gentle and moisturising. I would rate the entire range.
Everything goes a long way except the moisturiser but I use that so much maybe 3 500ml bottles to everything else.
After washing I moisturise all over, nappy cream once in the morning, once they poop (if they poop and mine usual only does one a day), and once before my bedtime and have never experienced a nappy rash in the heat of a Qld summer. Oh and the nappy cream is good for any heat rash baby might get on their face.
Bathtime is a cap full of oil and a few squishes of shampoo and body wash. Comes out smelling like clean baby. Just know, they don't get dirty, maybe a little off milk smelling. Washing daily isn't necessary, just do a wipe down with a wet cloth and reapply moisturiser before bed, but if you can't handle that just stick with the baby oil and moisturiser.
Don't listen to old people, they will tell you to wash daily and disregard fragrance (I.e. fabric soften everything). Babies shouldn't smell like potpourri, I'm a big advocate that the residues to get things to smell fragrant will aggravate skin.
I don't think this brand is expensive considering the size of all the product containers, there is some savings to be had. I would consider the moogoo brand, but it is more expensive. Maybe they're okay and need it due to baby's skin. I like that they are an Australian company but I didn't need to branch out. I also stayed away from sudocream as it smelt so floral than the neutral QV nappy cream.
State-of-the-Art Mask! – This Purifying Mask from QV is a gentle and worthwhile addition to the QV Face range. Unlike most facial masks or face packs on the market which… Read more
contain plenty of irritating ingredients like menthol, essential oils, alcohol etc, this mask from QV is indeed purifying but at the same time very gentle and mild. With skin-care there are more don'ts than do's actually. The QV Face Range with its effective no-frills sensitive skin skin-care formulas in mind they fulfill these basic steps like cleansing, toning and moisturising just beautifully. As for the mask itself it comes in convenient tube that comes out fairly easily and can be applied with fingers or a mask brush. Leave on damp skin until it dries and rinse off at the basin or in the shower (warm water only please!). This can also be removed with cellulose cleansing sponges should you so desire. Be careful without how much you appy, whilst this can be applied generously, I personally hate to waste product and prefer to layer a nice thin layer all over and let dry. A thin layer will work just as well as a thick layer. Should you feel the need to leave it on longer than necessary, just occasionally spritz yourself with facial water/toner or spray to re-activate the mask then remove when you please.
The active ingredients include Kaolin (Clay) for drawing out excess oil and impurities. Mineral Oil and Safflower Oil for moisturising, occlusive and nourishing properties and finally antioxidants like Panthenol (Vitamin B5) and Vitamin E ( Tocepherol).
I'd like to clearly make the point here that most clay masks leave skin feeling abnormally taught and dry. Yes they are designed to wick away excess oil they should not leave the skin parched and gagging for moisture! Upon removal of this mask you will be left with smooth, bright, supple skin. This has become a daily staple in my routine and recommend it wholeheartedly to all friends and family. Thanks QV!
