basically don’t use the pan ever if you want it to last. Non stick - what non stick everything sticks. Estelle won’t even replace or refund. Steer clear of Estelle total cr#p.

pots would work on the mediulm size induction zones, and several pans warped so they no longer sit flat. Strangely, a cheap Woolworths frypan works perfectly on the medium plate, but the Esteele pans don’t. Very disappointing performance for premium-priced cookware. Unfortunately I didn't expect this product to have any issues and have lost my receipt!

the quality seriously lacking for the price outlay. The Customer Service representatives I dealt with, trying to get a failing pan replaced, were contradictory and insulting. For starters, the small pot doesn't work on induction as the base is too small to recognise, and the Sauté & Frying pans won't cook properly on the "recommended" low-medium heat that the company insists upon (and I have an entertaining email from them saying that I should be cooking with room-temperature food too! Salmonella anyone?) Cooking on anything higher than medium causes the non-stick to eventually fail, bubble and peel. Oh, and it also voids the 'Lifetime Warranty' according to them. They will come up with any excuse to not replace a faulty item, laying blame at your feet for wanting to cook a steak or fry an onion. It's their reasoning to not honour a warranty of any kind. I tested their excuse: that food will cook at 'low-medium' - and it's just rubbish. Meat will not caramelise at that heat, and nothing comes to the boil. So Essteele are essentially dictating to us what food we should cook on their products before they'll guarantee it. Anything that needs a decent heat? -: forget it. Really think hard about what you want to cook before buying anything from this company

amount of stainless steel and aluminium in their construction. This makes them incredibly strong and robust. Of course the stainless steel handles will get hot after exposure to heat. Such is the nature of stainless steel and aluminium. The simple solution is to use kitchen towels. Whilst these products are not cheap their longevity is assured. Highly recommended.
Avoid Esteele like the plague – I purchased this pan from David Jones but after the first use, the food just stuck to pan which literally destroyed the thing. After the first use,… Read more
this non stick pan was destroyed by food sticking to it. It got sent away to Esteele for warranty and they no joke:
1. Had the audacity to say it wasn't faulty but their main reason for not exchanging it was, 2. It had been damaged because their massive dent making it not round around the lip anymore hahahahah as if this wasn't a manufacturing fault or transportation fault caused by THEM
apparently in one single use, I cooked my food so wrong that it destroyed the pan and also smashed the thing against a concrete wall to dent it.
Luckily David Jones also found this utterly ridiculous and decided to exchange it for me anyway and surprise surprise, my food has not stuck since.
Embarrassing company. Avoid them. If you do really want something from them, make sure you get it through a respectable 3rd party and at least 40% off.

water (23C) it took 1 minute to boil on the boost setting of my hob element. On the high setting about two minutes. I have found an electric kettle takes about 3 minutes with the same water. It is generally quiet enough but on some induction settings can emit a rumble. There is an attractive whistle to let you know it has boiled. Of course it has to be manually turned off or your hob may be set to time out.
The outside is highly polished and the inside a grey green colour, which could be stainless steel or some type of coating, it doesn’t say.
There is a bit of weight in the kettle compared to an electric or aluminium kettle, some people may find it a bit heavy.
Expensive – Food started to stuck within 8 months of buying. Handwashed always and no metal utensils used. Warrenty claim came back saying high heat spoiled the non stick coating. Buy only if you will not use the product in high heat.

frying pan/skillet ends up in landfill (the second one as first one was replaced under warrantee)
Essteele/Myer claim a whole bunch of things that makes the coating on these better than normal and worth the purchase price; for example "Diamond hard surface: An immensely hard nonstick surface that will not crack, peel or lift". But this is exactly what happened on the first unit - the coating started to peel at the corners (where base turns upward to become sides) despite the claim. The unit was replaced under warrantee (Essteele/Myer are good in this respect), but I was told that I wasn't using the pan properly and was getting it too hot. This is an odd thing to say given it says nothing on the box about not using it with gas and that gas is a very common method for heating and cooking food in things like pots and pans, and, especially odd given how tough the coating is supposed to be.
The replacement unit has not suffered the same peeling, but the non-stick property has deteriorated quickly and is now useless and will have to go to landfill.
The replacement handle was also loose with no way to tighten it up using the screw/bolt. This is poor given the price of these items.
I would say save your money and buy something cheaper as these things do not last any longer and I've had better quality from much cheaper brands.
The same is not true for their stainless steel cookware which I bought a set of at the same time as the non-stick. The stainless cookware has held up well and although I'm no chef, I'd say these are good and probably worth the price tag.

in both product durability and customer service. I bought a full set in 2018, marketed as premium, diamond reinforced, induction ready and supported by a lifetime warranty, yet the medium skillet deteriorated quickly despite normal household use, warping and losing its non stick coating, and the other pans in the set are now beginning to show similar early signs of failure. When I contacted Essteele, they immediately blamed misuse without any technical evidence, relied on scripted responses, ignored the inconsistent performance across the set, and dismissed the issue entirely despite clear indications of a product specific fault. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the lack of durability, accountability and genuine support was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly encourage others to be wary and consider brands that actually stand behind their products.
