when i'll get it as it hasn't been picked up yet.Thanks for screwing me arounsd as i needed these for a present but to late. now i don't have time to go and buy something else what a joke won't be buying again from these clowns and after reading all the 1 star reviews i shouldn't have.Once again thanks for screwing me over and Fair trading will be in contact.

leaving a raw leather within the inside and outside sections of the strap. Hardly used this bag and so disappointing as Fossil customer service said they don’t offer replacement straps or offer to fix. Their bags look good but the quality of their leather is very poor. We live in a world now to try and recycle but to not offer replacement straps for an original bag that now is unwearable was very ordinary. No offer of apology and paid over $300. I won’t purchase another Fossil Handbag or judging by other reviews they product is certainly not worth the price.

inaccurate, phone calls connectivity sporadic, limited functionality…I should have believed the reviews I read. The camo watch band is held together by Velcro and is not well designed. After 2 months the Velcro is no longer adhesive, the watch on a number of occasions has fallen off my son‘s wrist, luckily so far the watch remains undamaged. I approached Fossil to request a different band as the one received was not fit for purpose, I requested a similarly priced replacement band so that we would not have to go through the same scenario in 2 months. Fossil are refusing this request and are insisting on sending the same design of watch band. I will not buy another Fossil product due to the poor after service and duty of care to their customers.
