Foxtel

My previous IQ box had so many more features. On to my 4th replacement and this one continues to play up. Can’t connect to internal HD, forever having to recycle power. Absolute junk technology.

No offence to you guys but we like the iq4 box better than the iq5 box because the iq5 we had alot of problems with it where the iq4 we don't have problems with it at all and it is better for me and my wife. And we are keeping the iq4 box for good.

UNMITIGATED DISASTER Had the iq4 for a couple of weeks. Reset at leat 20 times. Collapsed every time replay of recorded content is attempted. Just horrendous. Surely I can get better than this from expensive FOXTEL

broadband" is beyond me. Whover owns or runs the actual infrastructure Foxtel resells needs to either spend the investment on upgrading or be put out of business. Dreadful speeds, CONSTANT dropouts, buffering issues, and in some instances total outages that can last over an hour. I'm also in a major city too. I live in a small unit, so I thought trying a wi-fi extender might help. Nope., Made zero difference. In fact, I think it might have made it worse. It's simply unacceptable, especially for the staggering monthly price thery charge.

using Edge, chrome and Firefox with no success. Rang Foxtel and I wasn't able to access a real person and was sent to Live Chat on their website. This was a hopeless proposition as I was referred to the change of banking details area by an AI generated bot, which was faulty in the first place. It was only when I threatened to report Foxtel to ACMA Federal Complaints Department that I was addressed on Live Chat by a real person who sent a link to my phone and the change was completed. Their customer service is a waste of time.
