Doesn’t work – After taking these capsules for 5 days as per directions on the bottle, I have coughed more than I have in the last 18 months. Don’t waste your $$$, didn’t work for me unfortunately.

At the end of week two no real difference but I kept up the 2 tablets morning and night with food and by the end of week 3, I was sleeping through the night again, didn’t need to sleep with the fan on (this is during winter) and my joint aches and pains had gone! Im actually waking up in the morning feeling refreshed and back to feeling like I did 6 months ago. It is definitely worth the $$, for me. After reading the reviews I think I’ll get a liver function test every 6 months as I wasn’t aware of the potential side effect.

seeing results. 6 months later, hair back. I am in the 65+ age group, supposedly not great age for hair growth. Recently I stopped taking them and notice few strands started dropping out each day, whereas when taking tablets no hair strands floating in shower or on pillow case.
This is Rubbish . Live without it – 3 tablets on 3 occasions Effect lasted approximately 3 hours. Very mediocre . I can see why there is no guarantee of its effectiveness . Not cheap. Valerian more effective

colds and flus (of which Covid is another name), I took and still do one Astra 8 every morning, along with a Zinc, Magnesium, Vit D, Vit C and a probiotic and my GP reckon I might possibly be the healthiest person in Australia right now! I'm sure the combination is the magic but I also know Astra 8 even on its own is amazing stuff - from past experience. I stopped taking it years ago and regret it... I won't stop taking it now!

itchy painful nose is particularly plaguing. I tried steroid nasal sprays, saline nasal sprays..no relief. This & AZEP nasal spray are working very well so highly recommend this Fusion product!

they do not contain preservatives. What are sulfites if not preservatives?? Very misleading and deceptive as well as dangerous if you have a sulphite allergy. Being an Australian company i would have expected more. Very disappointing. Obviously a billion dollar industry more interested in profits rather than consumer health.

that I might be allergic to? Never had this reaction to multivitamin and minerals or even vitamin supplements. Have taken Chinese herbs before and they have been very helpful.
