is non-existent. They could not offer a replacement for a faulty mesh liner and said to take it back to the store. Pathetic pisspoor service and poor baby products. Give me a second-hand product from a quality brand any day. Take your third-world products and sell them to the people that you hire to answer the phone, not to the people of Australia. This is not a third-world country.

In my opinion this contradicts their warranty statement ( https://i.imgur.com/NLF1kWC.png ). Maybe I'm wrong and this is acceptable quality for Grotime? Who knows? I've returned it for a refund and purchased a Boori Dawn Expandable cot! Baby Bunting were fantastic to deal with! Grotime not so much.
The cot was very easy to assemble and its mattress fits perfectly, good size and worth the cost

corner (now a safety hazard) two of the bolt holes for the legs were glued over for whatever reason and one bolt just would NOT screw into the bottom so had to leave it off (another safety hazard) very unhappy. Both items I’ve purchased have now had serious issues.

Delivery was prompt and communication was good. The cot is well priced and looks really good in a child's bedroom. It was fairly easy to assemble.

dimensions properly. The quality is subpar. It also has mdf. I feel like I bought something second hand even though it was new. The drawers are hard to close and open and the telescope drawer mechanism is sticky, tight and clunky. The drawers need to be pushed that last cm or so to close properly. Draw depth is very good to stack clothes (as top down, skyward to earthward) but is just so small overall. Bring back the quality from a few years ago.
