Tried two batches several months apart and same result. Only 10% or less of stains removed below the water line. Bleach used instead does a much better job and removes almost all.

Unable to procure – I have always had success with this product but lately cannot find it anywhere. Have tried Coles, Woolworths and IGA. Not even a place on the shelf to indicate they stock it at all. So disappointing. No idea how to obtain supplies now.

Harpic White & Shine 10X Action – Surprised how quickly this cleaned my toilet which was brown from using treated creek water for a long time. I had scrubbed the toilet over and over again and was not able to get it looking clean until I tried Harpic White & shine 10X Action.

Easter, 2025, Campbelltown NSW. I too really liked the Harpic Flushmatic. I found out they were discontinued so when I saw them on eBay in Jan 2020 I… Read more

purchased 16. That was the last time I was able to find them. Since then I've found Bowl Fresh on eBay (a Sydney supplier). Bowl Fresh also make the water blue, whether you use the Lavender or Lemon 'flavour'. They're a thick glass bowl with a white plastic top, they're 75mm diameter x 101mm tall. So if, like me, you miss the Flushmatic, give Bowl Fresh a try. Mine have lasted from a low of 39 days to a high of 112 days. If I can find a spot on this site, I'll try to do a more thorough review there.

Doesn't work at all. Toilet stains (only minimal) are basically identical before and after treatment. Other brands such as Duck or White King are excellent at removing the exact same level of staining.

Faulty tablet holder flushed down the toilet – I thought I would give this product a go. I unpacked the first tablet and discovered the clip holder would not clip (lock in) into the main cage. I… Read more

persevered and locked it in the best I could, but on the second day when I flushed the tablet holder cage dislodged and disappeared down the toilet. I was not happy and was concerned that it may cause a blockage. I then tried the second one and I had no trouble. The clip holder locked in on the first effort. Obviously the first set was faulty, and it was money down the drain. Lets see how we go this time round. Pleasant smell Faulty clip which did not lock into the main cage and thus dislodged upon flushing and disappeared down the tiolet.
