electrician so they were installed correctly, not worth replacing, thought I was buying a reputable brand, obviously wrong. Will never buy or recommend this brand to anyone

EXPENCIVE and NO CUSTOMER INTEREST! – Since there was a problem with the DC fan 3 speed wall control for which I paid AU$ 254, I filled the form to the service. I've been waiting for days… Read more

(2 weeks and keep waiting). I'm tired of waiting. I solved the problem myself.

I haven't received an answer yet. Maybe one day they will answer.

The wholesale price of this product in China is under $100, including the company logo and the printed box. Lightweight, plastic ceiling fan. Not even worth the weight. The contents are from outdated production models. "3 Speed Rotary Fan Mech" in wall control (3 speed rotary mechanic) Technically, its internal structure is faulty. Because such parts are always copied from copies of other companies' products. It's perfectly normal for it to be wrong, but it's so cheap!

The quality of their products is VERY HIGH! They will almost even ask for the Electrician's birth certificate. They were so arrogant to say that this is not our fault. The first step of trying to find the fault in the electrician or the customer. There is no real technical information about their products. Simple example: Fan operating speeds 1, 2, 3, revolutions per minute (RPM). Why isn't it clearly stated how much airflow it provides? Even a simple ANOMOMETER ( ebay Australia: from NSW - AU$ 20-25) can give an idea.

Remember, we live in a time when even elementary school kids are computer experts. You sell simple and cheap products to Australian people at such high prices. And then you are indifferent to customers.

It's not nice.

Additional info:

I bought it at the end of December. We are now in February. I am waiting with great patience. But enough is enough. I'll be buying a 120cm under $70 fan from Bunnings this week. Hunter's fan will also go to the trash can. An expensive lesson for me.

DISAPPOINTED – I will not buy a fan from this company ever again, as they do not back there products. I purchased 5 of these Fascination fans back in 2017 which… Read more

were installed in 2018. I have had nothing but trouble with the LED Light on one them flickering about a year and half later. My electrician tried sourcing one for months. I finally rang Hunter Pacific direct myself only to find its a discontinued item and they have no parts, rendering the fan useless. DO NOT BUY

reliable. I couldn't find their fans in any local showroom so, with fingers crossed, picked a design and bought 4 new ones online.

I chose the Black Evolve EC/DC, no light. Amazing how much better the technology is on these fans. 16 speeds, much quieter, and they use a lot less power. And finally they look great! I like the way the blades curve. Such a relief lol!

I chose the 52", perfect sizing for all the bedrooms, probably could have gone to the larger size for the master bedroom but I'm very happy. Haven't mounted the remote control units yet. I'm thoroughly happy to recommend Hunter Pacific Ceiling Fans and the Evolve EC/DC.
