Agree with other reviews. Very well made, easy to adjust resistance levels and easy to use. I do leg exercises, chest, arm and back. I only do a set or two but do it regularly. I bought mine for $450 second hand.. bargain
Excellent after sales and warranty service – I have had problems with my treadmill after 33 months of use. I cannot fault their after sales service and warranty. Will definitely recommend to friends and would not think of purchasing any other brand.

calories etc. So I contacted the company to ask for assistance and the response was overwhelmingly better than expected. Firstly they explained what and how to narrow down the problem ,down to how to disassemble the rower to get to suspected faulty part and troubleshoot/test it. It turned out to be a faulty sensor , which ,with a simple phone call is in the mail as I write this review. Dealing with INFINITY was a pleasure ,more companies would do a lot better if they took a page out of their customer care book. Best/Outstanding after sales service I have ever had with any company. Well done guys, you're a credit to your company and the products you sell.
