Love it! It actually works really well. We're living in a really small temporary unit and having trouble with condensation and it's helped heaps.
Ionmax Ray
Underpowered and claims it heats 105m2 is bollocks. Probably a typo for 10.5m2.You have to sit on top of this thing to feel instant warmth. Good for a small room but that is it. Build quality is good.

I'll buy another – This is a great unit, I use it down stairs where we have a problem with dampness, the 5l capacity if filled 3 or 4 times a day. Mould is under… Read more
control, books and papers don't have that damp feeling. The only down side it does heat up the room a bit so we run it overnight in summer and winter is fine. The air quality is crispy. This model is easy to move around on the rollers, controls are simple, easy to empty. All in all I would get another one.
Love this! Cannot believe how much it has helped! My wife suffers with hay fever and allergies badly and I struggle under the humidity (it can be… Read more
20°C and still I’d sweat under the humidity), now I don’t sweat as much (especially when I sleep), I don’t have to keep the fan on (which makes wifey happy), and! Best of all! My wife stopped struggling almost immediately after the device cleaned the air! (If you looking around, definitely get a dehumidifier with an air filter) just remember to take it out the cover before you start (they don’t tell you in the manual and I only knew to do it after seeing it not work properly and someone said so online). Hopefully they will add that to the future manuals or even just put a sticker or the outside of the filter to remind you. Love it! On humid days when the tumble dryer is on, it takes more than 5L out of the air overnight! Wild to see so much water after one night. Buy an extension pipe so that you can permanently drain it, Amazon has loads.
Ionmax ION90
Love this. Easy to use with clear info panel. Has reduced headaches and sore throats while sleeping. Water tank lasts for 3 days when using for about 6 hours per day. Is quiet and optional night light is great.
The set up process is ridiculous. whoever designed that needs to sit with people whilst they try & work it out. Otherwise, working well so far.

I have had this unit running in my caravan in humid conditions for the last 2 weeks, and it has successfully bought the humidity down from the 80's to around 56-62%. It isn't overly quiet, but it performs as advertised and we are very happy with it.
Purchased a room purifier because my nose had been running for most of winter even though I didn't have a cold. I live in a two story home and… Read more
purifier resides upstairs. I am genuinely impressed as while upstairs my nose no longer runs but it still runs downstairs and outside, thus confirming that the purifier works. I'm torn between a four-and- a- half star rating and a five star only because I don't yet know how long a filter will last but so far you can see the dust it has collected on the filter. You can even see a change in the colour indicator when cooking or turning on the air conditioning. Am now looking for a unit for my bedroom.

Good product, works well. Mobile app good for remote operation
Too bright! – Very happy with the unit, nice and quiet but the indicator lights are just so bright. We like to keep our room dark, so I've had to resort to putting… Read more
electrical tape over all the lights (which is a pain with buttons and knowing what setting it's on), and also gaps between where the pieces are screwed together because it's beaming from everywhere. We have other brand units which allow you to turn off the obnoxious lights.

conditioning system and it works well to pull the moist air from our lower floor and recirculate the dry back into the house. The ED18 connects to Home Assistant via the SmartLife app, along with other products sold by Ionmax. This is a well-built and reliable dehumidifier.
Great unit – I have used it in my bedroom and can tell a massive difference in the air quality. Very impressed.easy to clean, no filter change and light weight.
Brilliant at removing smells and smoke in large open indoor areas while being really quiet allowing for peaceful sleep nearby air purifier
Use it every night – Great product excellent value at the price really helps sleep we use it in conjunction with our air filter. Portable size so can travel.

fan setting the motor cuts in and out randomly with a hunting/surging noise. I dont think it's safe honestly.
My wife refused to have it in the room as it kept her awake.
I have been emailing "Andatech" who are apparently the manufacturers. They are very painful to deal with and the returns and warranty system is a joke. Borderlines on a scam as far as im concerned.
It has been a waste of money and time. I have other Purifiers from different manufacturers and they are great. Dont buy this junk brand.
Would love to promote on instagram as I am being marketed against this brand will improve your quality of life – My sleep apnoea is nearly gone. I am going to buy one more for myself and get two for my older brother. Dad and I had the dehumidifier great as well
Ionmax Venta
Good performance and design, but watch out for the hidden filter packaging! Would have given this a higher rating if not for a couple of issues. … Read more
Firstly, I don’t understand why manufacturers still use feature stickers that leave a messy adhesive residue behind. In this day and age, we know what functions the product has when we buy it, so these stickers are unnecessary—or at the very least, they should use a residue-free adhesive.
Secondly, when I first turned the dehumidifier on, it generated a very loud fan noise (around 60+ dB). I was dumbfounded because I also own an IonMax ION610, which is much quieter. On top of the noise, it captured very little moisture over the first eight hours.
Eventually, I figured out the problem: during factory packaging, the rear filter is wrapped in a clear plastic bag. However, there was no mention or warning for first-time users to remove this bag before operation. Thankfully, it didn't overheat or catch fire during those initial eight hours!
Once the plastic bag was removed, the dehumidifier performed amazingly. It has an elegant, minimalist design. That said, it is still a bit loud even at the lowest fan speed, so I can only give it 4 stars.
If you want a quiet dehumidifier specifically for a bedroom, I highly recommend the IonMax ION610. The Venta is much better suited for a living room.
