second time around I was more smart and finally bought one after considering it in my first pregnancy. Both times I had a big belly as both my kids were in the 95th percentile hehe. Well I got some sleep finally, without it my side always pulled down from the gravity of the belly. This really helped with relieving my back from the pain. Loved it and recommend to everyone. once you move it around a few times you get the hang of it and work out how it best suits you to use it. has a pillowcase which is washable too well you lie on your side with it so unless you sleep on your side usually you'll alway complain, pillow or not.
