mounting bolts/instructions/ bits for the table; I attended at the Kaon factory in Brisbane, they were very happy to provide replacement and demonstrate all their options. We were very impressed with Tim (the customer service rep) who spent an hour going over various components for sale there (and we bought a bunch of extra stuff). Well done Kaon for excellent products that are well engineered and also work well in the field.

until it is sitting flush. It might start to creep out during plug removal attempts but just keep hammering it back in.

The adaptor is tough and can withstand hammer blows and high torque using a 24 mm (6-point) socket and breaker bar.
