together with an occasional repair. After using the K7 for the first time on a concrete block wall, I had some reservations when I compared its performance to the Gerni. Initially, I noted that one of the delivery wands did not have the impact I was expecting. The "blade" of the water was wider than the Gerni but appeared to have less grunt. However, I found the wider blade of water was more effective when adopting a slower pass. The result is the K7 is actually quicker than the Gerni. To my surprise, the other wand supplied was ruthless in its destruction of grime, dirt, discolouration and removal of lichens etc. It was so effective in fact that the wall top coping (which is a softer concrete compared to the face) had a layer of concrete blasted away. So, I reverted to using the wider blade for the coping and the "swirling" blade for the face. I have to say, that I was delighted in the end with its performance and effectiveness. The true test will be how long (in terms of years), it will perform. I remain hopeful it will endure many years of hassle free performance. Highly recommended with an A+++

solution bottle is better because it doesn’t instantly fall over like the last one but annoyingly it doesn’t have enough capacity. When I buy another one in ten years when I buy my third one please address that issue! Otherwise apart from that it’s fantastic. The charger died on the last one but the machine still works perfectly and charges with the new charger.

Plus is a very user-friendly machine. It starts easily with just one pull and is intuitive to operate. You simply connect the water supply, turn it on, and it’s ready to go. The pressure washer tackled tough cleaning tasks instantly from the first pass, and it operated smoothly and fluidly.

Assembly and Features: The setup process was straightforward, with only minor assembly steps that were easy to handle. Build Quality: The overall build quality is significantly better. It feels much more robust, sturdy, and well-engineered compared to the previous model.

Power & Pressure: The cleaning pressure is significantly better. It tackles dirt and grime with ease, making outdoor cleaning tasks much faster and more efficient.

Noise Level: Remarkably, despite being a much more powerful machine, the noise level is noticeably lower than the K3. It runs much quieter, which makes using it a far more pleasant experience.

I am incredibly happy with this purchase and highly recommend the K4 to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performing pressure washer!

construction dust etc etc. The Karcher easily cleaned it up, and tough spots disappeared with a touch of the scrub brush.

It was really easy to use, and the attachments easy to swap on and off. It’s also super light and surprisingly quiet, making big jobs much more bearable. Having used other clunkier pressure washers in the past, the vibrations and noise was awful. This is a remarkable difference!

And one other thing worth a mention - it’s powerful yet super compact. We’re in a small space and storage is at a premium. We have to think about what tools get a spot nd this definitely earns its keep.

I took it in for assessment, and they confirmed the fault — yet they refused to honour the warranty, claiming it was used on an "external toilet," which apparently voids coverage. This was never clearly communicated at the point of sale.

Let's be honest — if a $700 pressure washer can't handle cleaning an outdoor toilet or a car, what exactly is it built for? The machine is practically brand new, used twice, and now it's worthless.

The customer service at the store was poor. No alternatives were offered, no goodwill gesture, no accountability. Just a flat refusal and a shrug.

Kärcher clearly does not stand behind their products. Save your money and look elsewhere - $700 for a machine that fails after two uses, with a warranty that means nothing, is not acceptable.

Based on the described fault, Karcher Air expressed a new unit directly to me without any quibble and on the basis that I would return postage paid by Karcher the old unit to them.

o/night. Following day, connected the battery (seating properly), turned the on/off knob - nothing! Tried numerous times, but it would not work. Contacted 'My Deal' who promptly refunded the purchase price easy enough, & advised to discard it! Avoid it and buy the Bissell.

I received this as part of a promotion and it works well, gets the job done around the home

this house, this is the cleanest and shiniest my windows and glass doors have ever been. I’m thrilled with it and will be purchasing more tomorrow because I’ve just cleaned the pool glass as well today. I went nuts with this glass cleaner. After that muddy rain we had in Melbourne last week everything was filthy. Especially the pool glass (and pool), but that was another story. Happily giving this product 5 stars. It’s manual application by the way, so you don’t need a Karcher to use it. Paid $9.60 in Bunnings for 500ml. It Certainly went a long way so happy to purchase it again.

Amazing cleaner! Quiet to use, super powerful and light weight.

Does some things well, others not so much – Works well as a pipe cleaner, but fails in the gutter department. The shuttle is too tall to pass under the low profile gutter clips used in a lot of Australian houses.
