I have saved big bucks with Kogan Mobile over at least 6 years. In addition, I have always had 10/10 awesome customer service. I have never had any network issues or slow downloads. I last spoke with Tanzim, who was lovely. Thanks all.

also pay over $2000 for some of them! The LX20 is sort of mid-range in price and functionality. It does the job well so what more can you ask? Initially it maps your house. It does this by moving from room to room taking a very rough outline. Once it starts to actually clean each room, the map becomes more 'realistic'. The only problem I had and still have, is that I could not setup the connection between the robot and my "Google Home". Therefore I could not use Google to voice command the robot. However the app works just as well although I do have issues when I try to select a specific room (to clean/mop). I have to keep making the selection a number of times before it finally registers. A bit of a nuisance but just takes a little patience. So far I have had no other issues and hopefully I can continue to enjoy the robot cleaning my house for me!
Excellent quality and price – I was dubious about purchasing a kogan TV after searching a lot of Google reviews on their TV's. I bought a high end gaming PC and needed a 4k TV… Read more
with a refresh rate of 144hz or higher so I settled on this TV for $1499 which included free delivery. This TV replaced a 6 year old 65" JVC LED UHD smart TV. I am absolutely blown away with the picture quality, it's crystal clear and the black is really black there's no white lighting in the background. I actually thought the TV was off when there was no signal displayed but the TV was on. Built in chrome cast is fantastic. It has google play store which lets me bypass a lot of the restrictions the standard installed apps have. The only complaint I have is that the 4k UHD is so good now that the old standard definition free to air tv channels look terrible and pixelated but that is not the tv's fault. This TV is fantastic for gaming and consoles with the variable refresh rate/VRR, auto low latency mode/ALLM and game mode. HDR is fantastic but the TV will need to be calibrated properly to use it. I do not understand why other people are saying it is washed out, HDR is not supposed to be better than UHD, UHD has more pixels so a clearer image VS more contrast for HDR which gives a more natural image, and HDR is meant to be viewed in a very dark room like a movie theatre. Normal speakers are just okay, if you want better sound on a budget buy a cheap Yamaha sound bar with a optical input or HDMI 2.1 input on it. I use 5.1.2 Dolby home theater through a receiver and the quality is brilliant. I would imagine a sound bar would be awesome as long as you use Toslink or HDMI 2.1. If you buy a Kogan tv and have high expectations do not buy anything under $1000. All the bad reviews are for the older cheap and nasty tv's, they are cheap for a reason. Kogan quality and price has in my opinion come a very long way in the last 5 year's along with new technology allowing a little older technology to become cheap now. Do not expect a$5,000 to $10,000 OLED Samsung quality out of a $1450 tv delivered to you're door. All the $1500+ tv's are good quality especially the tv's with 144hz refresh rates or higher. If you watch Bathurst, car racing or sports that are fast paced you really want the 144hz refresh rate or higher so the motion picture is smooth and not blurry. General rule of thumb is, if the tv is good for a 4K gaming console or PC at 144fps to 400fps the picture quality for tv, blue ray, and everything else will be great. If it lasts 8 to 10 years I'll be very happy.

You can connect it to your phone via Bluetooth. My favourite mode is Dream, and my favourite feature is when the air pads gently apply pressure on my palms and forearms. I purchased at 849 NZD +88.99 NZD shipping fee to my doorstep. Pretty good deal. Build is pretty solid, just as good as an overpriced Ogawa. operating it is pretty easy, low learning curve. Assembly was pretty easy too. The manual was there to help us. Might add pics and videos later (they're in my other phone)
I’m glad I bought bags and filters extra as you don’t even get a spare one of each with your vacuum. Other than that very happy. Works well on carpet and hard floors
Started falling apart nearly from the start, seals going, making grinding and banging noises, unplugged as it feels unsafe to use requesting refund and getting the run around again by Kogans
Came packaged in a solid cardboard box to withstand any knocks. Was extremely easy to set up and packs a punch. Sound quality was perfect.

the robot malfunction, requiring a reset. The real problem comes when you go to buy replacement HEPA filters. Not only do they make you pay 59.99 for it, but they also charge 12.99 for shipping. Unless you become a "First" member, which is just a rort unless you plan on buying everything with Kogan - you pay to become a member.

I used it I was impressed by how well it cleaned the pool, both walls and floor. The only issue was that it spilt debris from the filter as you pulled it out of the pool. Unfortunately, after only a few weeks it stopped working altogether. It had power but wouldn’t start working. I don’t know what the problem is and I haven’t yet tried to get it repaired or replaced by Kogan so I can’t comment on that yet. Positive: it initially worked well. Negative: It stopped working very quickly.

local installer come and help with the setup. I did have some trouble initially contacting the customer care dept, but once they had recognised the problem, they were fantastic. The 77" X98J is a vivid tv set, just stunning colour and contrast and fairly easy to navigate once your logged in. It is an ai set although we are learning each other's habits currently, so it isn't quite working for me yet, but can see a light at the end of the tunnel. All in all it certainly a great top end tv for the price.
Its perfect and very reasonable I will recommend it to everyone who is looking for a Massage chair. Its is zero gravity and also have AI to tell the chair to perform, what Massage.

Well worth the price – Easy to set up. Connected to iPhone and iPad and the picture is good even in a semi dark room. A bit finicky with MPEG but acceptable. Sound OK. Very good value at $249.

got to the correct temperature. I have put mainly meat into it, and it is keeping everything well. The temperature control at the top is good, as it keeps the freezer at the correct temperature, and you can see at a glance if the temperature is what it should be. There is no light inside the freezer, apart from the lit-up temperature on the panel, but that is not a necessity.

money - they have crammed everything that I need in a smartwatch, especially GPS, as I wanted to track my running. HR monitor appears to be accurate, SpO2, resp rate, sleep tracking, all great features to have. Battery life seems very good and touch screen is reasonably responsive. Taking calls works well, speaker is very reasonable and mic is good, notification dismissal and quick replying is handy as well.
Cons: the Veryfit app is the only app you can sync with, and it constantly bugs you to re-enable location services on your phone to "get the most out of the app", but I've been fine with all the features of the app with my phone location off. It does not sync well to other apps. Ie. the sleep tracking does not sync to the main sleep app I use, and when it syncs my runs to Strava, the software confuses my starting HR with my average HR, so it looks like I completed a 15 min run with an average HR of 66 (I wish!). When you log a 'traditional workout' (or similar), the info it sends to Strava comes across as a run, and so it looks like I move as a pace of 3 hrs 27 min per Km (which my friends all have a good laugh at!) When the GPS function works, it is fantastic, but the trouble is that sometimes it just fails to connect. Often, it will take ~2-5 minutes to connect to GPS, so you'll have to hang around and wait before your walk/ride/run/etc, sometimes longer as it fails and you need to tell it to retry. Today, I just finished a 30 Min walk and had to retry 5 times and eventually gave up trying to connect the GPS because my walk was finished. A small con is that on the quick-access menu, the clock option is 'alarm', and there is no option to swap it for stopwatch or timer. You can always access these through the main menu, but again, a few extra steps.
Overall, it is ok. It is definitely a case of "you get what you pay for". For $75-80, it is great, but I would be lying if I didnt say the GPS issue wasnt very frustrating.

This review is of a Kogan convection heater which looks like a fireplace with a log fire effect. We paid $178 for it including shipping. It was… Read more
discounted. This review is first impressions - we've today got it set up and running.
Overall it's looking good, and heating well, although the sound of the fan is moderate but persistent, about as loud as the house's split cycle air conditioner in "low" mode.
We bought it because it does not have branding on it. Every time we look at the fireplace heater, we see just the flame effect. If we had purchased a competitor's product, we would end up reading their brand name every time we look at the fireplace. The human eye is attracted to flame. We do not want advertising. So well done, Kogan!
The rest of this review is about minor annoyances and one safety issue. Declaration: I used to make convection heaters when I held down a factory job. The brand was Conray.
The safety issue is that the User Guide does not mention the obvious: unpeel and safely dispose of the plastic protective covering from the glass, before first use. All other safety aspects are covered.
Convection heaters can work silently. They rely on an airflow from base to top. The air is drawn in and passes over an element and is heated to rise out the top. For example, the Con(vection)rays had a reflective metal shell like the Sydney Opera House roof shells, to reflect the orange glow of the elements to provide a feeling of warmth, and to throw the air out into the room. Kogan's KAHTP20BLKA convection heater has a much safer guard than the Conray, times have changed - it is a flat black glass panel - and, like the Conray, it relies purely on air flow.
This KASHFH20WGA is very like the KAHTP20BLKA except it is smaller, has a fan, has a slightly more usable control panel, has bluetooth, a remote, and the black glass panel has flame log fire effect.
The fan is noisy enough that I would switch it off when listening to music or watching a DVD in the room, or sitting nearby for long periods; I can foresee it becoming annoying. You can do that: a feature of the appliance is that you can have the log fire effect on, with all heating off. So we can have a fireplace look 24/7 even in summer.
The flame effect comes from LEDs. Not from the heating elements.
The fireplace "box" is a fair bit smaller than the appliance itself. The fireplace dimensions are 54cm x 23cm.
Whoever wrote the User Guide was in love with the bluetooth and the SmarterHome (TM) app. Kogan SmarterHome apparently is a rebranded Chinese Tuya IoT platform "just another Tuya", it's common in budget smart-home products, and is OK for heaters but not for home security level use. But it may not keep its connection particularly with Google Smart Home. Its Internet of Things security is average. We will cross that bridge later, if we decide we need the app. The app allows for a temperature to be set - e.g. heat to 19 degrees - and a timer to be set.
Right now, opening the cardboard box and installing, when all we wanted to do was to turn the heater on, it took us some time to learn that we can operate the heater without installing the app. Nor do we need to use the remote control to turn the heater on and off, up and down.
The User Manual almost did not want to tell us those things!
The Control Panel is slightly weird for someone with red/green colour blindness. A diode Red indicates 2000watts energy use. The same diode changes to Green for 1000 watt setting.
We have over a dozen blue diodes around the house. Fortunately this heater's blue bluetooth diode turns off after a while. I don't know if it stays on when the wifi has been set up. If it does, I'll place some black tape over it.
We already own a Kogan KAHTP20BLKA and due to the fan noise I would like this fireplace-effect heater to have the same silent convection operation as the KAHTP20BLKA. This would mean no fan, or fan is off on "low heat" settings, e.g. 1000watt or a 500watt setting.
all good – so far all good just got to get more wire racks

exactly the same which took about ten days, back and forth! I paid the same installer another $150 to program the channels. It worked for two weeks!
In both instances Kogan acknowledged the TV's were faulty! They state their policies do not cover the cost of the installer's fees even though the items they agreed were faulty! Their web site Kogan.com Customer Charter states: "These guarantees meant that you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage." I have received my refund and now am looking for a credit only to use to purchase another product, not a cash refund, which hopefully just works. I will keep Product Review appeased of the results!
