correspondingly bought our own toner and inputs. After 3 monthe we contacted KM as the Press needed some work. We fully expected to pay for the work as our agreement had run out. However the technician noticed that the machine had not been sending KM click charges and took note of the last 3 months clicks and submitted them backdated. The charge amounted to approx $14,000 which we feel we should not have to pay. KM have stopped all service to us yet we have not refused to pay. We have said that we request the matter be litigated to allow us to plead our case. This in our opinion , is a big Company standing over a little one and refelects poorly on KM in our opinion.
