bought it .... voids warranty ... found the connecting cord from lid to spin motor had not been tightened and the brake was on all the time. Lemair made no suggestions, Betta blamed me for not getting an extended warranty and still there is no way of knowing what is in the Lemair box when you get the product. Like most in the bush, I use non pressured bore water, which would void warranty on auto washing machines and only China is making? twin tubs.

months warranty. Lemair eventually replaced the first but not without a fight. They first offered as a percentage of the cost $200. We disputed this since it was only a few months old and we had paid $499.00 we finally gained a replacement after our local appliance repairer assisted us in dealing with Lemair. Lemair customer service was very poor. Buyer beware!

have been very happy. This time would be the last. Got the item and it was damaged. I called and they said it was not their responsibility and to call Lemair. I did and they gave me a mir $49 for the damages. I can't return it because I dont have another one :( Never again. The item it self is working great but is damaged. So think about buying this item really
