way around (+ should be on the right and - on the left). Used rotating basket only once. Once finished, you can’t open the basket until it cools down as the catch is hot, also very hard to clean. I don’t use the program modes as the only one that seem to be correct is the toast setting. I just set my times and temp manually.

Right away, the sound quality from the internal speakers was disappointing and well below what I would reasonably expect. I then tried connecting external speakers to improve the sound, but that’s where I discovered the bigger issue. Even with the volume turned all the way down, the turntable’s internal speakers keep playing sound when using the LINE OUT connection. There’s no way to mute or disable them. You cannot connect the sound via Bluetooth either.

If you use a LINE out connection, it means you end up with two audio sources playing at the same time, with the low-quality sound from the internal speakers interfering with the better sound from external speakers. This limitation isn’t mentioned anywhere in the product description or specifications. If I had known this before buying, I wouldn’t have purchased it.

I contacted Lenoxx to request a refund, but they refused and treated it as a “Change of Mind” return with a 25% restocking fee, even though this limitation was never disclosed.

I then tried to get help from Kogan, as the retailer, but received no support so far. It's been over two weeks. I'm extremely frustrated!

I’m sharing this review so that other buyers are aware of this issue before making a purchase. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from Kogan or Lenoxx.

The new grinder is greatly superior. It grinds the coffee the way I want it, it's fairly quiet and it's easy to use. I like I can measure out how much coffee I want it to grind and it seems well made.

It is great for water boiling so quite and quick. The only problem is the decal on top is wrinkled so a little hard to.see settings.

Very easy to use. Did exactly what I wanted. The controls were so obvious that I did not need the manual. Was cooking in a cast iron pot and the heat distribution was excellent.

I can't remember how to set the time tried for to long, so its going in the bin what a piece of junk.

You cannot turn brightness down, you cannot turn off for non work days. Yes simple but missing the above essential functions. I wasn't looking for something fancy so for 20 bucks not bad just unfortunate that it's missing those above functions

drivers respond all the way down to 50Hz which for something of this calibre is remarkable. The overall audio quality won't blow your mind but it's crisp and pleasant, not tinny or hollow like many low-end boomboxes. Plays CDs, has an aux-in port and an FM tuner, although you need a stronger signal than usual to get good reception.

Lenoxx replaced the bowl, but when the coating peeled off again, warranty was up. Manufacturer's refused to replace or refund. The basket also rusted after one time in dishwasher. The machine is ok but the accessories are poor quality. Pressure cooker seal is sometimes erratic. Air fryer works ok. Generally cooks effectively

speaker quality is quite poor, very tinny, we won't be using that much. The instruction manual is printed with small print which was challenging to read. The price was attractive and as long as this lasts a few years, I will be satisfied. A basic unit, nothing more, nothing less.

It would be more convenient and easier to set-up the BMV26 if the DVD/TV connection was via a HDMI rather than the 3 x cables. Technology has advanced, but it appears that Lenoxx has not.

plug it in and leave it on, it will cost you AUD250 per year in electricity!!! I ended up using a timer with short times on - longer time off during the day only, cutting the cost to AUD35-40. We need it to dry our towels in the humid conditions we have here in summer.

average. If you are looking for a quick roast this does a good job. I do chicken roasting n the skin turns crispy n meat is moist. But baking definitely a no in this oven. The heating element is on the top [ which is why roasting is good in this] making anything you bake burn on the top while the inside of the cake/bread is still uncooked. Even if you decide to cover the cake with an aluminum foil while baking, the baking time takes very long which defeats the purpose of an air fryer. Moreover, I found this product emits too much of "heat " when used for more than 15 mins. This at times gives me a headache while I am close to it.
