fingers (arthritis) won’t fit in to lift it. I see it is the design, not me after reading the other reviews.. Looks like I will go back to the other brand as I did not have this problem. Why has the company not addressed this problem or answered our reviews.

Not happy with Skim lactose free milk now – I agree with other comments. Since change in packaging it appears browner and tastes different. Used it for years. Thought it was my imagination.

Purchased some from Coles today – Purchased some from Coles today, just tastes low low fat milk with Chocolate QUICK, even my wife loves it and that's saying something..
