The Facts: - 4 May 2026: Support agent [Name Removed] sent written confirmation that a full refund for Order PL3825577867 was successfully processed. - The Promise: I was told funds would reflect in 3 to 5 business days. - The Penalty: McAfee immediately cancelled my LiveSafe subscription, leaving my devices completely unprotected. - The Reality: It has been over two weeks. No money has arrived. McAfee has effectively cut off my service while keeping my funds. Standard support lines offer no real answers. If this matter is not resolved immediately by their senior billing team with a valid transaction ARN tracking number, this case will be escalated as a formal complaint to the ACCC and Fair Trading for misleading conduct under the ACL.
