problem: the magazines are sent in a paper wrapping. If it is raining the magazine will get wet in the letter box. I've also received magazines infested with ants. I have complained a number of times and sometimes they send a replacement magazine and sometimes they don't. Other magazines are sent in biodegradable wrapping - why can't National Geographic do the same?
