amazing nights sleep each time I take this before bed! couldn't express my happiness with the product more. I have tried other sleeping tablets but this one is by far the one to use. I came across it by simply asking a health store worker what the best herbal remedy for insomnia was, and he lead me to buy this. Was not by any means disappointed!

Psyllium Hulls is unique to our culture of constipated planet destruction or whether Fukuoka kicked back on the radish mount with a cup of psyllium in order to out pearls of wisdom. I have read One Straw Revolution but I'm OCD and if I visited his farm it would probably tick me off by seeming really messy. Blimey I do like radish though.
