IT WAS THE OATES SPRAY & GLIDE MOP not the Spin & clean compact mop!!! I filled it with cleaning liquid, and I don't know what went wrong, as all… Read more

the liquid streamed out. I had only used it 4 times. Even trying to clip the bottle back into the mechanism, I had to turn the mop upside down. I was unable to recall the exact steps I took the first time.

There are no videos on how to detach and reattach the bottle. There must be a cap missing, and/or I can see something stuck inside, that looks like a cap. It would be very, very helpful for your customers, OATES, to show how to detach and insert the liquid component rather than people posting useless videos that focus on smiling for the camera and moping.

Update: Yes there was a cap missing!!!!! Would’ve been professional for Oates to have answered this when first posted!

P.s. don’t tamper with the title please !!

I just went to squeeze water out, & the blue head that you attach the sponge to, broke in half. It doesn't appear that I can replace all the plastic… Read more

assembly from the handle. I don't want to pay $20 for another mop when I got very little use out of it, & I can't find the receipt. I still have a new sponge refill, I guess that's wasted too, as I don't want to buy another Oates Mop.

It is EXTREMELY hard to remove the liquid reservoir. There are no guide marks. There is no button to push. You just have to yank it extremely hard. But of course, since you have forgotten how to do it, you fear you are going to break it. Atrocious.

not worth the money – purchased the mop a couple of months ago, the second time I used the mop, the handle would not lock. no longer of any use. I would not recommend this item.

Not happy – Began falling apart after a few uses. Only used on kitchen and laundry floor. Was always leaving large droplets of water on floor. I removed the circular scratchy material to try and stop this happening.

Disappointing – Worst squeegee I have ever used and does not do intended job. The plastic blade is too rigid and does not make even contact with surface.

Under no circumstances buy this mop. The sponge simply comes unstuck from the plastic connection almost always after they’ve been immersed in the… Read more

bucket. I was prepared to excuse the first couple as simply being faulty, but it’s not. The glue doesn’t hold the sponge onto the plastic. A complete waste of money.

High reaching, cobweb sweeping, pest eliminating bliss; with a healthy 1.75m reach, this dome shaped swivel cobweb broom aces indoor and outdoor… Read more

cleaning, saving you ladders, stools and over reaching. The contours allow the 5 position swivel head to tenaciously tackle cobwebs, insects, dust and dirt in high (or low) reaching places such as fan blades or skirting; it even can prise insects from ceilings. Don't just take my word for it; check out the videos for proof. The negatives? The dirt trapping bristles can be hard to clean. Insect marks will sometimes be left due to its bristle force. Eventually, bristles towards the center will break down if pushed hard, so you would be advise to buy a spare. Build quality is a concern, as the previous one I owned had a partly spilt handle near the top, making the blue click lock hard to stick in place. The head also eventually fell off after lengthy and much valued use, so go easy on the old tiger. In spite of all these issues, the pros outweigh the cons due to the effectiveness, which is why I bought another. A genuine asset to your cleaning arsenal for home or business, as dealing with insects on skirting and cobwebs is very much part of daily life here in Australia.

Note: if buying from Bunnings... Follow the link provided in the description and when you select a store, it will tell you what Aisle and Bay the product is in.

Complete garbage, they dont spray well and suck the bottle in until its a prune. Designed by an imbecile then manufactured to lowest common denominator. Different brand not from Bunwung but from an auto store was way way better.
