The calf lift and wave-style air compression physically squeeze the fatigue out of my calves and hamstrings. After 90 minutes of sprinting and changing direction, jumping into this chair with the lumbar and leg heat turned on just melts the stiffness away. I also really appreciate the AI body scanning. Because of my build, a lot of generic massage chairs miss my actual pressure points. The Vestra maps my shoulders and back before it even starts, so the rollers hit my traps and mid-back precisely where I need it. The Li-Flex track is another massive highlight. It reclines to nearly 170 degrees in a zero-gravity position, which completely decompresses my spine and takes all the weight off my lower back after taking tackles. The pressure is balanced and precise rather than agonizingly deep, which is perfect for flushing out muscle tension without leaving me feeling bruised the next day. It has essentially become my personal physio room at home. If you play a high-impact sport and need a reliable way to manage soreness and wind down, I highly recommend it.
