put plates in, it does not line up at the back and the tray buts out and the door will not shut. I have to crawl around on the floor with my eye glasses on to see how on earth I can realign the tray, on wheels back in to the right position in order that it does not stick out too far and the door will not close! Every time, without fail I place ever a cup in the dishwasher I press the start button which is On the handle when I close the door. I have to ensure each time that it is off! It is cheap and nasty and I would have expected so much more.

and found a burnt out pressure switch in the heater, replaced part easily for $60 and now it works as it should. It is quiet and cleans very well. X Large plates have to be strategically placed but for a 45cm space saver dishwasher you can put lots in it. I didn't rate it 5 stars as it doesn't completely dry the tops of cups etc. like other fancier more expensive dishwashers The previous owner got 5 years before a simple mechanical part wore out which I think is quite reasonable. Don't buy. We bought it new and in 3 years all the trays are so rusty it's unusable. Everything is covered in rust. And this is with not using it much. Omega also offers shocking customer service. Choose another brand.

heat up and a technician attended. He identified a part that was not working. He attended today, replaced the part (took six weeks for the part) and the oven still doesn't work. He also advises other switches are about to fail. This is a two year old oven, I rang Residentia Support to see if they would cover the cost and they stated there was nothing they would do. They did give an apology, for what that is worth. We are now looking for another oven. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND ITS PRODUCTS.

like washing machine and there is no tap adaptor or anything. Unfortunately I live in government housing and in apartment and they said they will make a hole into kitchen bench I refuse no way. This why I bought linarie benchtop dishwasher which I love it I love omega too but it’s useless if you can’t connect it to the tap so I am returning it back I love omega benchtop . I wish they make it two option and make it useable like linarie benchtop dishwasher like people who Has no hose connection they can filled water manually like linarie and Medea benchtop dishwasher where you don’t need tap connections. This why it’s called benchtop. The day they make it two option honestly I will buy it in a heartbeat even if cost me $1000. I am today very sad the Harvey Norman guys going to take away my omega benchtop dishwasher and I am Getting refund. I love it so much because I had this ten years ago. I request omega please make your benchtop dishwasher by have two options one hose which connects to the tap and one of people have problem with water inlet hose connection they should put water manually and they should put little screen with a timer and which shows that if people choose to put water manually at least the dishwasher says it’s full like linarie. I love my linarie dishwasher. I hope omega think about it not everyone owns the house not everyone can find tap connections it’s better one fill the water themself into dishwasher it’s not need hard though. So please dear omega think about what I said if you want people to buy your product. Also if you decide to make it so people put manually please make it like little tray where you pull the tray like linarie benchtop dishwasher and fill the water manually in the bottom not on the top because a lot of people have arthritic . I hope you consider my request as soon you make this change I will get omega benchtop dishwasher .

LED lights and included carbon filters make this unit the pick of the bunch in this price point. I have installed at least 50 over the last 5years with no issues. If you dont know what you are doing dont write a poor review on a product you dont understand and install incorrectly!

Unit is quite noisey and my smoke alarms go off constantly because it lacks good suction.

low and don't have to worry about things sticking or burning, which is often the case with a gas hob. It's very easy to clean and stow out of the way til you want to use it again. I fully reccommend this unit.

Hopeless – Checked my warranty and in a new house only 4 years ago now it is tripping the circuit breaker.
