doesn't recognise pc.either xp or win 10 – useless. the USB msdc feature doesn't work. on either winxp or windows 10 pcs. Very dissapointed but my mistake for not having tried it whilst still under warranty. my bad.

well,scans in both black and white. Extremely light weight and approx 25cm long x 8cm wide doesn't take up alot of room.It can scan documents and photos on odd angles and takes up to 32gb micro SD card. Very impressed with the versatility of the product at a reasonable price.
