lasted maybe 8 months before the boiler started leaking. I initially thought it was my pipe work, so I didn't worry too much, not thinking it was the heater at all. I used the heater maybe 6 times, eventually I had a day to sort it out and found it was the Hot water unit and not the pipework, unfortunately it was about 6 months out of warranty. I emailed both Pinnicle and dieselheaters.com.au ( same company ), and it's been about 2 weeks and not a peep. I wasn't expecting a refund, but perhaps a return email at least. Avoid this product and invest in a Duetto 10 ltr. These are Chinese cr#p, and they will not last. Very disappointed in the service and longevity of the product, especially when they advertise below on their website.
