As bluetooth phone headset, the 5200 is fine. The charging case is useless, just use the USB lead directly. The worst thing about the 5200 is that… Read more

whenever I switch it on to pick up a call, it will start playing whatever is on Spotify in my ear while trying to hear the call. Cannot change the greyed out "Headphone" setting in Android. Cannot for the life of me get the Poly Studio app to find the 5200 so that I can disable it as a media device there. I have one at work and one at home, but will never buy another Plantronics headset ever again. I cannot stand software that does not allow me to choose settings.

Sounds good, but don't last as long as expected – I got about a year out of these (my second RIG headset). At that time the plastic that connects the ear pieces to the metal headband broke, on both… Read more

sides - a weak point. A couple of months later, the faux leather peeled off the padding on the ear pieces. So I would call this poor build quality. I'm terms of usage, they sounded alright, and were reasonably comfortable. However, I would expect a >$120 headset should last longer than 18m.

Maybe I'm the unlucky one – It's the worst bluetooth headset I ever had. Bought one of this last year. After few months the battery level drops to red suddenly, even though it… Read more

showed still got 2 hours talk time. It took a while before I got a replacement. However after around 6 months, the headset got problem again. The caller just couldn't hear me. I used all kinds of methods but no use. Send them a email last week but no respond at all. Disappointing.

Garbage – Absolute garbage, went through 2 of them in 3 months, contacted rig and they said they will look into it and get back to me, never heard from them again. [Content Removed] products, and the company doesn’t give a [Content Removed] about customers.

Best I've used by miles – I've used many headsets (but they all end up in the washing machine) and before this one I was just as happy with the Voyager Legend - the battery… Read more

life stays consistently impressive and the remaining talk time estimates are spot on. The sound quality is great and the background noise cancellation is particularly impressive - I'm often questioned as to whether or not I'm actually driving when I say I am because the other end cannot hear the sounds of the car, even when my window is open.

Works well.... For just beyond the warranty – I've now had two of these. Both lasted about 18 months, at which point both started regularly dropping calls, ie whilst talking it thinks I'm not… Read more

wearing it so hands back over to the phone's earpiece. No software updates available, so in the bin each time.

Lightweight and value for money – PS4 Gaming headset. Its a lightweight headset, with great sound quality. The instructions aren’t clear on how to change the mic feedback volume but… Read more

persist. I initially couldn’t stand the volume of my voice and breathing in my speakers, but worked out you. An turn it down by holding the mute button. (3 settings) The game v chat bias volume control often drops out if PS put into sleep. Requires a PS restart to reset. Overall a good light headset with a great mic.

Poor Design – It is a poor fit mainly due to its small size I think. Constant nag [power on, power off, talk time 2 hrs, etc], battery seems to go flat quickly,… Read more

buttons are difficult to operate when in place. I much preferred the previous model I had, the ML20 [which was cheaper].
