Great product, but did you buy the correct one? – There are two distinct companies… Pyrex and then there is PYREX, the capitalised PYREX is made from the proper borosilicate glass in France and can… Read more

even be used to cook on a bench top. the other small type labelled Pyrex is not made from the same strong material… The “real” PYREX scratches less and can withstand higher temps and larger temperature variations… So do the research and buy the European standard. In either case follow instructions on where to rest a hot dish… I have owned even the small label ones (before I knew about this) and my baking tray of that ilk is over 10 years old and going…

I was looking for Reputable Glass Double Walled Coffee Glasses to compliment my Fully Automatic Coffee Machine. I decided on Pyrex, as this was a… Read more

very Reputable Company when I was growing up as a child. I really thought that, although they were expensive, they would last the test of time - but I could not have been more wrong!! I made my purchases from Harris Scarfe Online. In all, I purchased 3 x 2 Pack of Pyrex Double Walled 350ml Coffee Glasses. Shortly after my purchase things started to go wrong. They were ALL listed as Dishwasher Safe. Each time I used my dishwasher, one of the glasses would come out with water trapped in between the two layers of glass. It was impossible to remove the water and was an obvious Production Issue. This happened no less than 5 times, over several weeks, affecting five of the glasses in total. Each time, I contacted Pyrex (Global Kitchen Brand) and each time they sent me a replacement. One of the replacements sent to me was a totally different glass (With a handle). I am sick of having to Contact Global Kitchen Brand regarding replacements, as this takes a lot of my time. So in summary, 5 of the 6 glasses that I purchased from Harris Scarfe are now in the bin. They are unuseable and still contain water in between the two layers of glass. How could a Company, like Global Kitchen Brand, create such a disaster of a product, that fails within days and is certainly NOT dishwasher safe - Even though their advertising clearly says they are!!! I have wasted over $80 to be left with one working glass!!! Shame on you Pyrex and Global Kitchen Brand. What was once a trusted product is certainly no longer ..................

Excellent mugs – I've seen mixed reviews about this product but I have had mine for about a month now without any issues. Pros: Double wall makes mug not hot to… Read more

touch. No condensation on tables anymore. Microwave and Dishwasher safe (I have heard people saying cracking has occurred but I only use the top shelf of my dishwasher for them so they don't get hit with heavy plates etc that would create cracks). Doesn't stain! So no more coffee stains to scrub out. Come with a two year warranty. Cons: The brand does say to avoid sudden temperature changes (but I still haven't had a problem). You can't put them down with heavy force (but I use coasters under mine anyway). So even though they have cons, the pros definitely outweigh them and I'm really happy with mine.

This is my favourite peeler ever but after years of use it has broken. We have glued it back together and still using it because we have tried to find a good one to replace it and not had any luck. If anyone finds a good replacement let me know!
