Luxottica for having them fixed but they said that they are out of warranty , and when I asked to be reviewed under the Australian consumer law, then they considered to repair, however due to limited edition ( Ray ban gold plated) their answer was:” We can’t get replacement as it was a limited edition and none of their official repair can either fix it. All my other sunglasses I have been regularly taken to a sunglasses shop and get them changed over (at my costs) but the problem still coming back.
I have 2 pairs of Belstaff and they seems holding over the years, is time to change my supplier and spend the money somewhere else.
Awful Ray-Ban. Make sure you do your Quality control – Cheap $10 sunglasses would do better. I never heard of the lens protection later came off. I didnt use it often so I kept it with my other Ray-bans but somehow its protection layer came off and the quality is so bad.

loose on the arms. The new pair are less than a month old and the ray-ban sign on both sides has fallen out! Rung Rayban online and they were not helpful, at all. Don’t waste your money on these cheaply made, ultra expensive sunnies!

this is impossible until someone can come and reboot them and then you lose all your stored information and have to redo it all again. Very upset as there is no contact number in Australia to rung just FAQ which do not answer the problem
