the manufacturer simply do not answer our emails or return phone calls.
When we first bought it the charging system and a few other items were not working. We thought we bought a dud. After Royal Flair didnt bother with us we contacted the appliance manufacture to get sorted. Its a shame a company that cares about customers dont take on the build. Steve and Jennie.. 4 emails 3 phone messages.. no reply.. shame cause weve got awsome pics of the van going were vans shouldnt go we cpuld have given them for marketing, even aerial pics. To bad royal flair.
