have escalated this. It was not a cheap voucher and it was over $200 so I’m guessing it was a scam. Please don’t buy online go in store as no one from customer service seems concerned.

Expensive dinner ware cracks – A lovely dinner set purchased from Myer as a gift for me. Only used twice (special occasions) and two bowls are cracked/chipped. I don't have the receipt but thought I would let people know that expensive dinnerware isn't always the best.

outer bin is fine and operates well. However the black internal bin liner has shattered with minimal use, no exposure to heat or sunlight, no mistreatment. The plastic itself is extremely brittle and just shatters from top to bottom. It is now held together with lots of duct tape. I would not buy this brand again. Purchased at a homewares shop in Sydney metropolitan area.
